 Major responsibilities would be working with managers of the existing affinity group managers to develop ideas to drive membership/involvement and will also help new groups get off the ground. The Manager will also be involved with recruiting new volunteer managers and volunteers for existing and new affinity groups.
This is a very important position within the Wharton Club with participation in affinity group programs being one of the most sought after benefits of the Club. In taking on this important assignment, the manager would be expected to take a lead role in managing the groups and overseeing the events and activities of the groups.
The manager would report to the Vice President, Business Development and would be the key liaison with the Club's management team. Time commitment for this position would be about 2 hours per week. Please visit the Affinity Groups page on the Wharton Club website for further information.
